The Diamond Bar Public Library, which is operated by Los Angeles County, is located near the center of town at 1061 South Grand Avenue. Julie A. McCasland, the Children's Librarian at Diamond Bar Library, invites everyone to participate in the “Make a Splash @ your Library” Summer Reading Program. Signups begin June 14. |

| Participation in the following workshops is free; however advanced registration and materials are as noted below are required: |
- 6/21 Sand Art Workshop (starts at 2pm) Advanced registration required; participants need to bring a bottle or jar with a lid
- 6/28 Design a T-shirt Workshop (starts at 2pm) Advanced registration required; participants need to bring a white t-shirt or tank top
- 7/12 Tie Dye Beach Towel Workshop (starts at 2pm)
Advanced registration required; participants need to bring a white beach towel
- 7/19 Beach Bag Workshop (starts at 2pm) Advanced registration required; participants need to bring a hand towel
