(August 17, 2017) The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close southbound Orange Freeway (SR-57) Temple Avenue off-ramp and one lane of Sunset Crossing Road off-ramp for a 55-hour weekend closure. The closures will begin Friday, August 18 at 10 p.m. through Monday, August 21 at 5 a.m. Work will involve replacing concrete on the ramps.

Closures are part of a 17.5 million pavement rehabilitation project on SR-57, between Pomona Freeway (SR-60) and Foothill Freeway (I-210), the project includes upgrading guardrail, loop detectors, and curb-ramps to meet the American with Disabilities Act. Meyers and Sons Construction is the contractor on this project, it is expected to be completed in spring 2018.
